A small selection of Banba's show critiques...

Judge: Monica Booth Thompson (Sacheverell) SWKA Championship Show 2005 Black and brindle headed a lovely class of outstanding youngsters. I was thrilled with the quality of my line up and had some difficult decisions to make but on the day I found my winner. She was a beautiful feminine hound with a most elegant head & lovely expression. Grand reach of neck, sound front, level topline, nice fallaway, well angulated hidquarters, ring tail. In lovley condition, moved well. She did so remind me of Madam Zinnia at that age.

Judge: Brenda Thornton (Karnak) Hound Association Championship Show 2005 Black and brindle. Super head one of the best on the day. Nice neck and front. She is so well balanced, I just loved her movement.

Judge Chris Pascoe (Sarakhan) Three Counties Championship show 2006 (22 entered) Magnificent class full of quality bitches. Black and Silver, different type to my first but has so many of the same qualities. Beautiful head, strong underjaw...so balanced, moved really well.

Judge: Gail Link (Orashan) Blackpool Championship Show 2005 B/S classy bitch of lovely quality. Lovely head, good length of foreface. Nice dark eye, firm topline, sound throughout, has all the right attributes. When she eventually settles on the move you could see her lovely outline and side gait

Judge: Rusty Grayson WCA Show 2005 Needs to settle on the move, when she did she was true, positive and arrogant. Head held high into long clean neck and set back shoulder. Long forearm,. good angles from hip to stifle, stifle to hock, tail set low carried correctly

Judge: Jo Smith (Zhaqqari) Midland Afghan Hound Club Show 2006 Lovely sound black bitch with a fabulous well chiseled head and lovely dark correct shaped eyes. A more houndy and shorter coupled version of her sister who won PG. Presents a beautiful picture of an elegent hound and can only get better as she matures. Moves around the ring with great style and a flowing gait.

Judge Sylvia Evans (Amshura) Border Union Championship Show 2006 (11 entered) Such excellent quality, so many lovely bitches presented me with unenviable choice in placement,Saxonmill Star Realta, another houndy feminine "star" black/silver of excellent breed type, good basic construction overall and moved with style and freedom

Judge Derek Keates Border Counties Hound Club 2006 Ultra feminine black girl complementary front and rear construction which gave her the correct driving movement with good front extension. Balanced head with dark eye.

Judge Derek Keates Afghan Hound Association Open Show 2006 Correct front & rear construction, looked good from both front & rear, moved with drive, picture finished off with a ring tail which seems to be a rarity these days.

Judge Michael Griffin Midland Afghan Hound Club Championship show 2007 Beautiful black, lots of quality, elegant head with long arched neck, excellent shoulder, level back, plenty of length between hip and hock, free steady mover, well presented
